I'm very excited to begin my 20th year of teaching and my third year at Prattville Junior High School! The courses I will be teaching this year are 7th grade Civics and Geography and ESL Resource. I have a BA in History from Huntingdon College, teacher certification in General Social Sciences, and have taught social studies at every secondary grade level. I have been married to my husband, Daniel, for twenty-four years. We have two children in Autauga County Schools. Our oldest is a sophomore at AUM. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, crafting, cake decorating, reading, walking, and listening to music and podcasts. In addition, I enjoy studying Spanish, and I am currently working on obtaining a professional certificate in Spanish for Specific Purposes. It is an honor to be part of the team here at PJHS and work with your child daily to meet his or her educational goals. I look forward to a great year at PJHS. Go Cats!
