The 2020-2021 school year will be my 26th year teaching Physical Education and coaching. Over the past 26 seasons I have been a part of 6 State Championships at the high school level. I was the head football coach at Autauga Academy during the 1999 season and my team posted a 13-0 season and won the class 1-A football championship, I also won Back to Back State Championships coaching girls basketball at Autauga. In 2002 I started coaching at Prattville High School with the football program as well as the girls basketball program. I became the head girls basketball coach for the next 3 seasons. In 2005 I became the Head 8th grade football coach at PJHS and the Athletic Director. During the past 15 years, I have served as an assistant basketball coach, and the head golf coach. We have over 25 coaches, and 300 athletes here at PJHS...I am currently the head girls basketball coach and the Voice of PJHS Baseball and Softball home games, this maybe my favorite job because I'm not in charge of anything except playing walkout music... My wife Leigh and I celebrated our 30th anniversary this summer, I am sure I had football practice on that day, but after all these years she's use to that. We have 2 children, Erin and Tripp.
