Bio

Jaclyn Taylor joined the Prattville Junior High School family after serving 28 years in Elmore County Schools.

 

Mrs. Taylor holds a B. S. in Elementary Education from Auburn University Montgomery, M. S. in Elementary Education from Troy University Montgomery and an Education Specialist in Instructional Leadership from Auburn University Montgomery. 

 

Her career began at Robinson Springs School as a second grade teacher. She continued to teach second grade at Coosada Elementary While at Coosada she transitioned to Instructional Partner and then to Administrative Assistant. She began her 25th year in education at Stanhope Elmore High School as assistant principal for Freshman Academy. She was afforded the unique opportunity to be the first administrative staff of the newly opened Redland Middle School as assistant principal Mrs. Taylor is thrilled to start her 29thyear of education in Autauga County as a Prattville Junior High School Cat!! 

 

 Mrs. Taylor is married to Tony Taylor. They have two daughters. The oldest is a junior at Stanhope Elmore and the youngest is an 8th grader at Prattville Junior High School. They reside in Slapout, Alabama.
