Hello! My name is Sarah Faulkner and I am so excited to continue my journey at PJHS!  I was born in Cleveland, Ohio but I grew up in Birmingham where I graduated from Thompson High School in 2010. I attended the University of Alabama and graduated in May 2015 with a B.S. in Secondary Education and a double major in Social Sciences. Roll Tide! I was hired at PJHS in 2015. I teach 7th grade Social Studies (general and advanced). I have a strong passion for the social sciences and history! I am also the Safety Coordinator and I am proud to say that safety is our number one priority, which has been recognized with the Alabama Attorney General Safe School Award in 2018 and 2019!
